Ava is welcomed home from the hospital by a doting mother, lively friends, and a crush finally beginning to show interest. There's only one problem: Ava can't remember any of them - and can't shake the eerie feeling that she's not who they say she is.
Ava struggles to break through her amnesiac haze as she goes through the motions of high-school life, but the memories that surface take place in a very different world, where Ava and familiar-faced friends are under constant scrutiny and no one can be trusted. Ava doesn't know what to make of these visions, or of the boy who is at the center of them all, until he reappears in her life and offers answers . . . but only in exchange for her trust.
Scary idea and great premise!

Based in Egyptian mythology and set in modern-day Washington, D.C.,Sisters of Isis follows the lives of Meri, Sudi, and Dalila, three fifteen-year-old girls who have just discovered they are descendants of very powerful ancestors—Egyptian pharaohs. From these ancestors they’ve inherited magical powers of transformation, the ability to cast spells from the Book of Thoth, and, as they will soon learn, the responsibility of protecting the world from the evil forces of Chaos. This looks like a re-release but still good!

High school can be a battlefield, but for Lily Parker, surviving at St. Sophia’s School for Girls is a matter of life and death... Protecting Chicago from the dark side can be an exhausting job, especially when you’re a sophomore. So when the girls of St. Sophia’s start gearing up for Sneak, their fall formal, Lily decides to join in on some good, old-fashioned party prep—even if it means not giving demons, vampires and the twisted magic users known as Reapers her undivided attention. But when a Reaper infiltrates the school, Lily doesn’t forget what she’s sworn to protect. She reaches deep into herself to draw out her magic—and finds that it’s gone. And it turns out she’s not alone. A magical blackout has slammed through paranormal Chicago, and no one knows what—or who—caused it. But Lily knows getting back her magic is worth the risk of going behind enemy lines..More of Lilly's exciting adventures!

The girls at Modesta High School feel like they're stuck in some anti-feminist time warp-they're faced with sexism at every turn, and they've had enough. Sponsored by their new art teacher, Ms. Stark, they band together to form the Daughters of Eve. It's more that a school club-it's a secret society, a sisterhood. At first, it seems like they are actually changing the way guys at school treat them. But Ms. Stark urges them to take more vindictive action, and it starts to feel more like revenge-brutalrevenge. Blinded by their oath of loyalty, the Daughters of Eve become instruments of vengeance. Can one of them break the spell before real tragedy strikes?
Sounds like good intentions turn evil!

All those looks so good! I think I need to also check out Daughters of Eve! I haven't heard of that one.

How the heck was my body used on the cover of EVERNEATH without my permission?
Gonna have to look into that.

i almost picked everneath this week, too!
Sisters of Isis is on my to read list. I read the originals a couple years ago from the library and really enjoyed them. I love when they combine little books.
Surprisingly enough, I don't think I have read Daughters of Eve and I've read a good chunk of Lois Duncan's books (loving the new covers though).
The Way We Fall and Everneath both sound like great books. Think I'll add them to my wishlist before I forget about them. =)
Oh my gosh, those all sound like such awesome picks! Especially Everneath (because I've heard so many awesome things about it!) and As I Wake (because I just read my first Elizabeth Scott novel and it was great!)!
I have several new additions to my TBR pile ;)
So many good reads to look forward to.... Everneath definitely grabs me and Chloe Neill...no need to say more!
As I Wake looks interesting too...adding one more book to my list!
