Man, these are some fantastic choices!

Mine would probably be Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Stardust, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, and Twilight.

LOVE this list...absolutely agree with the choices. If we could add more than 5 though, can you imagine how long it would be? Thanks for sharing!

Totally agree with this list! All of these movies are awesome,

Aw, and it's original Dumbledore in the first HP movie! I can't believe I forgot about that guy, he rocked (guess that means I should do a HP movie marathon, who knows what else I've forgotten?)

Definitely agree with Princess Bride and Lord of the Rings.
Other three are:
Pride and Prejudice (2005) version. I know, I know everyone prefers the BBC one, but I happen to like this version. It's very true to the book and the setting/time period/acting are all brilliant. Plus...Donald Sutherland as Elizabeth's Dad. What's not to love about that?
Coroline-Beautiful version and the only way it strayed from the book was the very welcome addition of Wybbie
Chronicles of Narnia series currently being done by Walden Media-As far as I'm concerned the best portrayel of Narnia. Can't wait for Voyage of the Dawn Treader!

I've only watched and read 3 of those. And I agree that they're wonderful movies, even if the ending for Stardust doesn't exactly follow the book.

I would have to agree with the majority of the list (only ones I can't agree on are the ones I haven't seen).
I liked the movie for The Princess Bride better than the book. :)
