Michelle Pan Guest Post on Eclipse Premiere & Big Pattinson/Stewart News

Don't you wish you could go to the Eclipse Premiere and interview the stars?

Michelle Pan is not only providing signed copies of her book, Bella Should Have Dumped Edward for our Giveaway, but she's provided a guest post about her Premiere Experience.

Here's Michelle!

Hey Twilighters!

My name is Michelle and I am the owner of the Twilight fan site BellaAndEdward.com.

I had the opportunity to attend the world premiere of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse this last Thursday in LA, and let me tell you, it was an incredible experience! Having attended the past two premieres for Twilight and New Moon, I thought I had finally gotten the gist of things, but Summit Entertainment decided to switch things up this time around. The change was for the better in my opinion.

First of all, the premiere was moved to an entirely new venue. Instead of being at Mann's Village Theater in Westwood, the Eclipse premiere was held at the Nokia Theater at LA Live. In addition, they had a specially designed black carpet (with the Eclipse logo on it) in lieu of the traditional red carpet, which I thought was really cool.

When I arrived at Nokia Plaza on the day of the premiere, there were already hundreds of fans lined up in the bleachers and fan sections on the black carpet. And get this – most of them had been there since Sunday night, camping out in “Tent City” for four days! That is hardcore dedication right there!

Being a fansite owner, I got to stand in the media lines and interview the cast and crew members as they passed by. There were fourteen sites and not enough spaces on the black carpet, even with all of us paired up, but somehow we managed! It was really exciting to be able to see my fellow webmasters again and to meet all of the fans who camped out for days to see the stars.

And of course, it was absolutely amazing to be able to interview people like Stephenie Meyer, David Slade, Xavier Samuel, and Jackson Rathbone. All in all, it was a great experience and I got some pretty neat interviews to share with fans on BellaAndEdward.com!

Next up, Breaking Dawn: Part I in 2011! Can you believe we have to wait a year and a half for the next movie? In the meantime, feel free to check out my new Twilight fan debate book, Bella Should Have Dumped Edward! I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again soon!

Thanks, Michelle for sharing your experience!
