The room went quiet. "You're-?" Queen Genevieve said, but that was all she got out before a deep rumbling shook the palace, goblets and chandeliers trembled, and the kitten began a gruesome transformation, it limbs stretching and expanding until it stood on two muscled legs, it's four legs having become two lean and powerful arms and it's front paws tick, with claws as shard and long and wide as butchers knives. It's face remained cat like, with a flat pink noes whiskers and slobbery fangs. This was no adorable little kitten. This was The Cat-Redd's top assassin, part human part feline.

He had just left a butchered and dismembered body, minus the head, in plain view. Its various parts were spread out wide in the shape of a Vitruvian man down in the area of the city known a Shoreditch. It was a reminder to all of his followers, and to anyone else, of his ruthlessness at dealing with attempted betrayals

Blunt and Mrs. Jones were waiting for his answer. He sigh
ed. "Yeah. Alright. It doesn't look like I've got very much choice." He glanced at the slices of cold lamb on his plate. Dead meat. Suddenly he knew how it felt.
