With such an awesome design from Parajunkee, we couldn't stop with just our blog... We had to make bookmarks too!
Getting the design stuff just right for what the printers wanted was a bit of a go, and Rach was amazingly patient and generous with her time.
They are full color on both sides - The wizard on one side and the girl with the dragon on the other.
We were actually emailing her while we were at the printer. The place is an hour away. We were back and forth all week and...okay enough of the whining because it was all worth it!
We sent them out with all of our prize books as an added bonus. Hope everyone enjoys them. For all of our treasured Followers, if you'd like us to send you one please email us your mailing address and we'd be happy to.
We're giving some to the local teachers for they're students. We know we have some teachers and librarians that follow us and if any of you would like a bunch to hand out, just let us know!
We had some of them laminated. Some have ribbon and some don't. The ones that do have ribbon have various colors. We also have a bright green and yellow but don't have pics of those. Putting on the ribbon is a bit time consuming so we're wondering if that is even worth it.
So tell us what you think...
Do you like laminated or not laminated?
Do you like the size? (2" x 7")
Do you like having ribbons? If yes, what color do you prefer?
Give us any other comments you like. We love to hear from you!

Hi Alyssa, Jeff and Gregory,
Those are great bookmarks and I can't wait to get some in the mail. :) I like that fact that you laminated them.
Have a great day,
Stormi
Oh they look great :D
Well laminated are nice since they hold longer, but I go either way. The ribbons, well those look cute but are not essential. Yup it all depends
They look amazing! Laminated bookmarks are more likely to be kept, I always thought.
Sweet idea!
I like the ribbon idea but I would like the ribbon a bit longer!
Otherwise they look fab.
I love laminated bookmarks.
They came out great! I honestly can't decide which one I like more.
Wow, those are so cool!!!! Laminated stay good for a longer while but without it I bet they are cool too. And I love the ribbon thingy.
I ADORE the one with pink ribbon.
Laminated would last longer, and look nicer, in my opinion. And the ribbons are cute, but the bookmarks still look great without. Nice job. =)
Hey guys! They look great. Thanks for the props. You might have them kept around longer if you go with the lamination and ribbons.
It was such a fun process! I think I need to do these for Blog with Bite. - Parajunkee
They look great guys....I like the pink ribbon, but Im a girl so Im 'spose to like pink...right???
OOh, they are fancy and flashy. I like them. Very sharp. I do like laminated bookmarks, then they don't get destroyed. I like the ribbons too!
those are colorful and not too splashy. I like mine laminated. Beautiful book marks. I want one. :)
Those look so awesome. You guys are officially a corporation when you get bookmarks!!! I like the size and I love my laminated books marks the best because i get to use them longer and they are more durible and wont rip in my backpack. But either way they look awesome!!!
Those are gorgeous. i love them all :)
the laminated bookmarks will be best because it will last longer than not laminated.
i think the ribbons need a bit longer and do you have Maroon or red for the ribbons ? :)
Neato, You all are so talented
Ribbons and laminated's good for me :)
Please send me one if you haven't already!
Way, way, way cool! Once again, way to go, Parajunkee. Your talent blows me away.
Looking good! I love the side with the girl and the dragon. I think laminated is better, but not really necessary. The ribbon looks pretty too, but again, the bookmark works even without. I second mariska's comment that a longer ribbon would be better, if you put the ribbon.
Love your brand-new blog signatures, too :) Especially Alyssa's - girly but not too girly :)
These are awesome! I'm totally e-mailing you, as I would love one!
I like both side the best - how can I choose?
And I agree that a longer ribbon would be better. :-)
But MAN< they are awesome!
Great bookmarks!! I like the ribbons! Also, I have an award for you at my blog!!!
These are awesome! I want one! The laminated would probably work best. I hate it when the paper ones get all bent up. I'm not crazy about the ribbons though I think red would be a good color.
My favorite bookmark is laminated. I don't like the paper as they don't hold up as well, so I'm less likely to use them. I also don't like ribbons as they seem to get in the way and can bend the top of the pages if they get shoved down into the book somehow. My vote is laminated with no ribbon (although the ribbons do look nice!).
ohhh these looks wonderful... i like to have one =X
Library supply catalogs sell "repositionable delayed action laminate" which doesn't become permanent until 24 hrs. after it's been put in place. The laminate looks like Contact paper but the glue isn't permanent until it has set for a while.
I don't think that I have commented yet on how great the new blog design looks.
Those bookmarks are downright spiffy. I think that laminating them is worth the while as it means that they will last longer for wear.
If you had to pick just one colour ribbon to produce them with I would say that orangey goldy looking one (or whatever colour that is in whatever light in real life) as it is more unisex than purple and pink and so might have a wider appeal. However, if the ribbons are too time consuming you shouldn't stress too much, even though they do look pretty good.

We know that every printing work was done by printer .we know that technology is developing day by day.I also using Epson printer for a long time but sometimes epson printer printing blank pages.I thought it would be a pages problem and checked the paper size but could not solve the problem.
