Movie Cast Monday 01/04/10

For Prince Aleksander we've picked Logan Lerman. In the beginning Prince Aleksander is very proud and will not be spoken down to, but eventually learns to be respectful. We think Logan Lerman would capture Aleksanders essence.


For Deryn Sharp, Hayley McFarland. Deryn has much the same attitude as Aleksander, confident, strong, but much more humble. She's willing to do what it takes to achieve her dreams. Hayley would fit nicely.




Rachel Weisz as Dr. Barlow. While at first strange and mysterious Dr. Barlow is intuitive and sees through all tricks that come her way. Rachel has played this part well in the past (The Mummy) so we think she would do great.







Nathan Fillion for Otto Klopp. Otto has a very positive attitude and his warmth, helpfulness, and wit keep them going during a dark time. Nathan Fillion would play this part well.




And last but not least Oded Fehr as Count Volger. Cold, cruel, but with a secret warmth that he rarely shows. Volger is sharp, quick, fierce, and cool under any situation. We think Oded would slide into this role comfortably.
